End of Term Letter

Dear Parent(s)/Carer(s)/Pupil(s)

This has been an extremely busy year, full of unexpected events. I would like to praise the way in which our whole school community has dealt with the challenges that we have faced.

Our pupils have tried hard and adapted well to the restrictions that have been put into place. I am extremely proud of each and every one of them.

With regards to September 2021, we will be informed by the local authority if there is a low, medium, high or very high risk in our local community. The level of risk will inform decisions about measures that we need to put in place in school. As you know, preventative measures are available if levels are high, but we can adjust these accordingly if measures are low.

As this is a changing situation, we will need to wait until September to be informed of the level of risk and hence I will update you at the start of term about the measure that will be in place.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your support which is greatly valued and appreciated.

I really hope you have a most relaxing and enjoyable summer break.

Stay safe

God Bless

Dr S M Mitchell
