What is YEPS?


YEPS (Youth Engagement & Participation Service ) offers young people in St Johns school access to a variety of FREE activities after-school and through the school holidays. YEPS also run Youth Club between 5.30pm and 7.30pm every Wednesday in school that young people aged 11 to 25 years old can attend from school and the area. All Comprehensive school in RCT has a YEPS worker provided by RCTCBC.


All you need to do is sign up online, or get a parent or guardian to help out.


1.      Go to and register (make sure the account is in your name)

2.      Pick your activities by finding St Johns and add the activities to your basket. Select all the activities in one go before submitting and you only do one consent form.

3.      Give your Parent/Guardian mobile number or email and they will get a consent form they need to complete, then your booked on ! Consent form has to be done or you won’t get a place.

4.      Pop into see Les Davies (youth engagement officer) in the YEPS pod if you need help.
