Families are encouraged to contact staff via the main office. We recommend that concerns relating to a subject matter should, in the first instance, be addressed with your child's class teacher and then the relevant curriculum leader. However, if the concern is broader than an individual subject, we recommend you conact your child's learning manager.

The emails of key members of staff (leadership team; curriculum leaders are included above). However, please be aware, all staff have a significant teaching commitment. Therefore, it is not reasonable to expect them to respond immediately. There will be a genuine reason if you have not yet received a reply. We aim to get a response to families within 24-48 hours.

"Staff feel they are supported well and work effectively to create a warm and welcoming learning environment with a particular emphasis on understanding of and respect for others" (Estyn)
